The honeymoon is over for T.I. and his wife Tameka Cottle because TMZ has learned they were arrested tonight and booked for the alleged possession of a controlled substance.

Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM. Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka.

We interrupt BET’s Black Star Cinema airing of Lean On Me to bring you this not-so-breaking news:

Rapper T.I. (real name Clifford Harris) and longtime girlfriend, singer and BET reality star Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, tied the knot at a Miami Beach court.

They’ll repeat their vows in an elaborate ceremony in three cities, a rep for the couple tells UsMagazine.com exclusively.

The couple will wed again Saturday in front of close family and friends (including Tiny’s BET costar Antonia “Toya” Carter) on a small private island off the coast of Miami Saturday. Tiny will wear Valentino.

They plan on returning to their hometown of Atlanta for a reception Saturday afternoon before jetting off to Las Vegas to celebrate with friends into the wee hours. (source)

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly: ‘Tiny & Toya’ Season 2 Premiere

THE GOOD

The touching story of Tiny’s father ongoing struggle with Alzheimer’s will surely tug away on my heart’s strings this season. But the showcase of unconditional love and dedication that Mrs. Diane’s displays for her ailing husband  is a pleasant reminder that good old fashion love still exists — even if in rare quantities. If you have ever questioned how Tiny has been able to remain so loyal to T.I. for all these years look to Ma Dukes as being both her guiding light and shining example during dark times.

THE BAD

After serving a 10 year bid for being an accessory to  an armed robbery, Toya’s older brother Walter is back with a decade old chip on his shoulder. There’s not too many people who can raise my blood pressure in record breaking time aside from the unfortunate souls at Subway who place orders for six sandwiches when I’m on the run. You know who you are.

While I hope he gets his act together before the season’s ending (along with Mama Nita) I will be muting my television every time Walter pops up. I already had to deal with Teeny butchering the dictionary on Fantasia For Real to fit his passionate rants about nothing. I  simply cannot contribute to Walt Baby Love’s pawtfoleo.

THE UGLY

I can’t recall Tiny’s top lip moving once during the entire show. That can’t be good. Check out Tiny & Toya on Chelsea Lately under the jump!
