The company made the decision to cut ties with Rick Ross because he hadn’t shown an “appropriate level of remorse” over his controversial lyrics about drugging and raping a woman on Rocko’s song “U.O.E.N.O. (You Don’t Even Know It).”
In the lyrics on Rocko’s track “U.O.E.N.O” Rick Ross talks about slipping Molly in lady friend’s champagne and then taking her back to his crib to wear that ass out. Molly, also referred to as Ecstasy and MDMA, is known to enhance sex and is considered a date rape drug.
I am guilty of using rib tips as a nightcap in the past, but this massive backlash doesn’t have a thing to do with the kid. While making a promo visit to Q 93.3 in New Orleans today, Rozay made his best attempt at performing damage control.
“I want to make sure this is clear that woman is the most precious gift known to man. It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term rape wasn’t used,” Ross said.
The Legendary House of Lemon Pepper hit up Miami hot spot Club LIV inside the Fontainebleau Hotel in support of the Reebok Classic white party hosted by Rick Ross on Sunday night (March 10).
