Trey Songz is dropping $35,000 a month on a lavish rental nestled in the Hollywood Hills. The 13,000 square foot mansion will be all set for the singer to settle in on April 1.

The sprawling home — previously rented out for Playboy TV’s reality show ‘Swing’ — offer majestic views of the Los Angeles skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Luxury amenities include a state of the art gym, home movie theater, dressing room fitted with walk-in glass cabinets, elevator and rooftop pool.

The best part of it all? It’s right next door to Go-Go’s crib. Bottoms up!

Better stock up on No Doz and Hanes no-show socks now, there will be epic vogue battles under the pale moonlight come summer. Lend me some sugar, I am your neighbor.

Rihanna & Nas: Def Jam Grammy After Party

Rihanna and Nas rubbed shoulders while attending the Island Def Jam event following the 2013 Grammys at Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles on Sunday night (February 10) in Los Angeles.

The label mates were joined at the Samsung Galaxy and Pepsi presented party by Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Ne-Yo, Jhene Aiko, Lance Gross and more.

Although Rih Rih — rocking a red Azzedine Alaia gown — didn’t walk the red carpet with Chris Brown, the pair cuddled up for several photos inside the Staples Center.

The celebrating couple continued their night out on the town at the Zing Vodka Post Grammy Party held at Hollywood’s Supperclub, where Breezy served as host. Escorted by their security team, the duo departed the event around 2:30 a.m.

Quick Flicks: Fabolous, Emily B And More Celebrate ‘R.E.D.’ Release With Ne-Yo

When ass falls through the house everybody else sits down. The leading lady in Ne-Yo‘s life, fiancée Moneyetta Shaw, took a moment to pose with ‘Love & Hip Hop’ personality Emily B at an intimate dinner to celebrate the release of Go-Go’s ‘R.E.D.’ album at Valbella restaurant in New York City last night.

In conjunction with President Obama’s re-election campaign, Ne-Yo participated in the all-star group that recorded “Forward” as a grassroots effort to motivate and inspire nationwide voter participation.

“Forward” is available for free download at www.forwardsong.com and sold on iTunes with net proceeds donated to Ne-Yo’s Compound Foundation and to Arts Education programs focused on turning around arts and music-based programs in public schools.
