The aging hoe shit laureate says that her bestselling book Confessions of a Video Vixen was not only a lie but she would rather be away from the glare of the media cloaked in anonymity “sitting down, getting drunk, smoking opiates, and writing some amazing shit.”

Essentially the same checklist Bobby Brown was trying to work his way through when she filmed him passed out on her sofa way before she ever had this Women of Brewster Place type of epiphany.

Does this mean that she didn’t have to flip her mattress after Shaq worked up a black sweat putting in work dividing that pussy? Or that she didn’t really sniff Ja Rule’s balled up sock after he left to go be with his wife and kids? Not the type of closure I was seeking.

Dancing with the devil under the pale moon light has some lasting consequences.  Officer Winslow’s son should have know better but unfortunately is being schooled the hard way.

Eddie Winslow’s ex-wife just obtained ANOTHER restraining order against the ex-”Family Matters” star — after the actor allegedly showed up to her house several times and harassed her through a window. It’s the latest TRO in a legal firestorm between Darius McCrary and his ex Karrine Steffans — according to the docs filed recently in L.A. County Superior Court, the actor began showing up at Karrine’s house unannounced in January … and it freaked Karrine out.

According to the docs, Darius would regularly bypass security in her gated community by sneaking through a rear entrance — and sit outside her home to wait for her to return.

Karrine claims Darius would then call her and ask her to “look outside of [her] window” — where Darius was peering inside.

According to Karrine, the harassment even spilled over onto the Internet — claiming Darius sent her an email, stating, “You should do the world a favor and kill yourself.” Calls to Darius weren’t returned. (source)

I’ve been a victim of abuse all my life –– literally, for as long as I can remember. It is my norm. Whereas most people would run in the other direction the moment someone physically, emotionally, or mentally abuses them –– I stay.

It’s a sickness and just when I think I am cured, the cancer spreads.

For the past several years, I have been involved in a highly abusive relationship. I have been choked, whipped with belts, thrown about, berated, belittled, raped, and disregarded as a human being. I have been abandoned and embarrassed, then, loved and coddled.

I have been caught in a vicious cycle and have left on many occasions, just to return.

I have found little support from my friends and family because I complain, and I cry, then I go back for more. I go back knowing that, one day, he’ll kill me but he’s all I have. He’s the only one who understands because he’s stuck in this cycle, too.

When I try to confide in friends they ask, “Well, what did you do to him? What did you say to him?” They tell me, “You know how he is, he’s never going to change, so why do you stay? You know what you’re getting into. Don’t tell anyone because he’ll come out looking good and you’ll only make yourself look bad.” It’s always my fault.

No one understands – not even me.

So, I keep it all to myself and it continues. Then, we make up and vow it will never happen again –– then it does and I feel so foolish for ever believing he can change or that we can change. Then, I begin to believe again. I believe even now.

I love him though it pains me to admit. It sickens me to know that I will return to him in an instant and that the next time could be the last time and that breath, my last breath. Still, I hold out hope that one day we’ll learn how to love one another without pain. I pray that those who look on with smirks and judgments know one thing –– domestic violence is very real and, at times, very final.

Superhead [I refuse to call a hooker by its their government name] is still making the rounds on network television to promote that nasty, filthy, third-grade drawing-in-the-bathroom containing book. Recently she sat down with Quddus [MTV must have fired his ass] on TV ONE to discuss the criticisms of her new book.

During the interview, Quddus showed Superhead a clip of an interview . . . you know what, let me stop. I’m trying to get into the mind of someone who clearly has no rhyme or reason, and seems to get off by attempting to manipulate both the interviewers and audience by speaking and annunciating each and every word. She talking about how they put her on blast first, then she fired back by writing the book and blah, blah, blah.

A so-called “reformed whore” that is now speaking some sort of gospel. You played in Diddy’s ass, Superhead. You can’t be trusted after something like that.

According to Merriam Webster’s Online Dictionary, a Vixen can be referred to as a:

1. Female Fox

2. An attractive woman who takes advantage of men, or

3. A shrewish, ill-tempered or spiteful woman

Karrine Steffans (or also affectionately known as “Superhead” in record label offices, SUV’s outside of clubs on a Friday night, back alley ways, and other seedy places of sin) has taken the word Vixen and has tried, unsuccessfully, to make the word into a term of endearment. In her recent book, The Vixen Manual: How To Find, Seduce, & Keep The Man You Want, she attempts to help modern women with a variety of ways, including sexual positions, to “Seduce and Keep The Man You Want.”

After seeing the pics below, the only thing that I think about when putting the words “Vixen” and “Superhead” in a sentence together is a spiteful woman, because ladies, if you use any of these NSFW illustrations that look like they come out of a third grade boys bathroom, you will ruin yourself, and your relationship and spirit will never be the same.

To us Superhead is just another dick sucking [not that there is anything wrong with that] trollop trying to cash in on her past sexual exploits with athletes and celebrities but to The Today Show she is a relationship expert.

SHAM. FUCKING. WOW.

And what’s with her claiming to have two sons now? Bleh, maybe this is just another lie that she is trying to pass off as a truth.

There is calm and a real sense of direction and I am saticfied.

As the rest of the world scuttles around looking for that perfect gift for that perfect person, I have already found that gift. I have already found that person.
Something wonderful happens when one comes into her own, when she knows who she is and what she wants and deserves out of life. And suddenly, there is this silence as if the rest of the world does not exist. Then, one day, she realizes that notion is not hyperbolical but is, in actuality, actual.

In my life, the rest of the world does not exist since I have created one of my own; a world filled with love, inner peace, patience and understanding. There are times when I have been loud, obnoxious, unhinged and clawing out of desperation. There was a time when I had to put-on for a desired result. Well, now, I no longer desire that result and have found strength in the silence.

This is the perfect gift.

And through the cleansing, a few people have fallen by the wayside and are being left behind in the wake of my growth and propulsion. And though this may seem as some sort of cataclysmic catastrophe, leaving bodies scattered, bloodied, bruised and swollen along the way, it’s actually the most pleasant eradication for which one could hope. In fact, it is not only the product of but, also, the reason for my forward movement.

What is left is my core. Those people who love me and want only the very best for my life and, therefore, deposit their very best into it. What is left is the friend.

This is the perfect person.

So as I sit in bed, smack-dab in the middle of the holiday season, the world outside is hurried but my pace is steady and my footing is secure. I love deeply and with the intent of doing so indefinately. I smile at my foes and welcome their disdain for it only allows me to love those who love me even more and be thankful that my life allows no place for such revulsion. Then, I smile a little more since, because of that, I am more blessed than those who come against me.

Here, I breathe a sigh of relief.

And here, I continue building castles.

As for work, The Vixen Manual is well on its way, with its online ad campaign debuting at Karrine.com in January and its bound galleys being presented to members of the press in February.
In the interrim, there are exciting new relationships with Telepictures, E! Entertainment, an undisclosable radio conglomerate, Fox Studios, World of Wonder, and the relaunch of Honey Magazine.The results of these relationships will be announced at an appropriate time and I am very much looking forward to all the future has to offer.

Also, Karrine.com is currently being rebuilt and I have added new features in the process. Beside for a direct link to this blog, which I am calling KarrineCast [Scribe], an additional tab leads readers to Twitter Contributor Weekly, or TwitCon, where random members of my Twitter group blog about the week’s events. I have renamed KarrineTV, KarrineCast [Optic] and when the site is finished being rebuilt, the reason for the name change will become obtusely obvious.
