A fan who shouted “Free R. Kelly!” at the R&B star’s child pornography jury last month was freed from jail Wednesday after spending 33 more days in jail than her hero.

Grandmother of six Debra Triplett, 48, had been in the Cook County Jail since May 22, when she yelled the slogan twice at Kelly’s jury outside an elevator at the Criminal Courts building.

Kelly - who was cleared of child pornography June 13 - spent just one night locked up after his 2002 arrest for allegedly taping himself having sex with and urinating on his underage goddaughter.

Judge Vincent Gaughan ordered Triplett held in custody in lieu of $50,000 bail after her outburst. But unlike Kelly, who posted $75,000 to walk free while he awaited trial, Triplett and her family could not raise the $5,000 they needed to release her.

Jurors said at the time that they didn’t hear Triplett’s outburst, but speaking Wednesday, Gaughan said he had to be extra careful to protect the jury from outside influence.

A 68-year-old Tampa woman was arrested today for forcing a severally mentally handicapped man to perform oral sex on her, police say.

Luella McAdoo is a longtime family friend of the victim, according to Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis.

On April 5, the man’s mother left him in McAdoo’s care while she ran errands. When she came home at about 6 p.m., she found her son performing oral sex on McAdoo. The woman told McAdoo to go home, then she called police because her son, 34, does not have the ability to make a decision about sex on his own, Davis said.

The investigation, Davis said, was particularly challenging because of the victim’s mental condition and inability to communicate verbally.

After the detectives investigated, according to Davis, they direct filed the case with the State Attorney’s Office, who filed charges.

McAdoo was arrested at her 953 Chestnut St. W home this morning by Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a Tampa police warrant, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with lewd or lascivious battery on an elderly or severely disabled person and is being held at the Orient Road Jail on $7,500 bond, according to jail records. [source]

Members of a family from Burbank, Ill., say they went to a funeral home to view their 91-year-old grandmother’s body but found another body in her casket.

Relatives of Lillian Grogan say the stranger was even wearing her dress and favorite bracelet Monday at Mount Auburn Funeral Home in the nearby Chicago suburb of Stickney.

Grogan had been mistakenly buried. Her family got a court order Tuesday to have her body exhumed for reburial.

Granddaughter Michele Grogan of Burbank calls it “the worst day of all of our lives.”

Service Corporation International of Houston, owner of the funeral home, is working to resolve the issue to both families’ satisfaction, a spokeswoman said Wednesday. [SOURCE]

A secret midnight stroll to the Rikers Island shower room with an accused cop killer will land a jail guard on the wrong side of the bars, sources said.

Kadessha Mulgrav is under investigation for possibly having sex with Lee Woods, who is charged with killing Russel Timoshenko a year ago.

Video surveillance caught the pair striding into the shower room, sources said. There were no cameras in the bathing area.

The 34-year-old correction officer is also suspected of slipping Woods a handcuff key and a SIM card for a cell phone, sources told the Daily News Saturday.

Mulgrav, of Springfield Gardens, denied having sex with Woods, 29, or giving him the handcuff key, but had no answer for why she took a high-security prisoner into the showers alone after hours, sources said.

The guard has been transferred from Rikers and her arrest is imminent, sources said.

Seattle police are seeking a man who stabbed a woman with the stiletto heel of her own shoe, causing an infection that required emergency surgery.A 40-year-old Tukwila woman underwent emergency surgery on Saturday after contracting an “aggressive” bacterial infection, according to Seattle police.According to a police report, the woman was at a barbecue at a friend’s house in the 7600 block of Rainier Avenue South in Seattle on June 29 when an acquaintance asked her to perform a sex act on him.

When she refused, the man slapped her face, removed her boot and stabbed her in the left hand with the stiletto heel, police said. The woman fled, police said.

Several days later the woman sought medical assistance from Swedish Medical Center/First Hill after the wound became infected. Police said the woman was told by medical personnel that the aggressive bacterial infection would require immediate invasive surgery.
