Just hours after court documents were unsealed indicating that Michael Jackson had lethal levels of the drug propofol in his system, an unnamed law-enforcement official reportedly told that Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County coroner.
The coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died on June 25, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released, the AP reported. Forensic tests indicated that propofol acted with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson’s death, according to the official.
The court documents unsealed on Monday indicated that Jackson’s private physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, informed investigators he administered 25 milligrams of propofol to Jackson at 10:40 a.m. as the singer struggled to fall asleep after previously giving him the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam.
Murphy is currently under a manslaughter investigation by the LAPD, and the AP reported that Monday’s information is likely to increase the chances that criminal charges will be filed against Murray. [source]

If your neighbor has a stable of bad female stallions who are always willing and ready to twerk and $1 Jell-o shots you make yourself look like a real lame for knocking their hustle by running your cum catcher to the cops about their secret underworld of fuckery. Way to screw up a good thing, Jim.
A Gwinnett County woman has been charged after police said they broke up a party at her house and discovered teenagers drinking and a possible strip club in her basement.
The house is located on the 1400 block of Purcell Road in Lawrenceville. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but it wasn’t on the night of July 18, according to next door neighbor Jim Ferguson.
“It was like being downtown. There were so many folks that when I came out here and I was telling them to get off my lawn, I was just one person among the chaos,” said Ferguson. Ferguson said they were all young people and they were all apparently attending some party next door to him.
Police said the party was at the home of Constance Trahan, 28, who was arrested. Officers said she was not only selling alcohol to minors, but she was running what appeared to be an underground strip club. “The officers that did respond did see what appeared to be some sort of gentleman’s club or strip club that was being conducted at the time,” said Cpl. David Schiralli with the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Channel 2 Action News reporter Manuel Bojorquez obtained a police report which showed one officer told police there were dancers. The officer also said he found a sign advertising “$1 Jello shots.” Bojorquez knocked on the door but no one answered. Someone called police after Channel 2 Action News crews showed up at the house, but they wouldn’t answer the door for the officer either.

District of Columbia Councilman Marion Barry found himself mired in more political, legal and personal drama Sunday after his arrest late Saturday on charges that he was stalking a female companion.
Barry’s latest run-in with the law centers on his relationship with political consultant Donna Watts-Brighthaupt, who alleges that he continues to approach her even though they split up a few months ago.
Barry, Watts-Brighthaupt and police gave conflicting accounts of how the former mayor ended up in custody Saturday night after attending several Fourth of July functions.
U.S. Park Police arrested Barry about 8:45 p.m. in Anacostia Park after a woman flagged down an officer to report that a man in a nearby vehicle was “bothering her,” police said.
Barry, 73, was charged with one count of “misdemeanor stalking,” said Sgt. David Schlosser, a Park Police spokesman.
Barry, on probation for failing to pay his federal taxes, was released hours later and ordered to appear in court Thursday. Through a spokeswoman, Barry called the charges unfounded and asked prosecutors to drop them.

Authorities arrested seven East Wake High School seniors Thursday and charged them with vandalizing 28 school buses with spray paint. School officials say it was a senior prank.
Antonio Bland, 18; Dafineace Ratliff, 17; Tyasia Nicole Williams, 18; Marquis Joyner, 17; Latasha May, 18; Taliva Allen, 18; and Calvin Dreston, 18, were charged with vandalism and breaking and entering.
The students were also accused of breaking into a school building and pouring baby oil on the floor. A school principal slipped, but was OK. However, the school administrator wasn’t alone in encountering the slippery mess.
“I saw what happened. I walked down the hallway. I almost fell,” said Antwon Payton, an East Wake junior.
The buses and hallways were cleaned immediately and no one else was injured, school officials said.
Michael Evans, spokesman for Wake County Public School System, said the students will be allowed to take exams and graduate, but will not be allowed to walk with their class at the June 14 commencement ceremonies. [source]

People who frequent the KFC on Getwell are wondering what a robbery suspect was thinking.
It all started shortly after 8 a.m. on Saturday when KFC employee Laketa Hollowell heard a knock on the back door of the business. Hollowell told the person to go to the front door where she opened the door. That’s when a masked man armed with a knife confronted Hollowell and demanded she open the safe.
Hollowell took a long hard look at the suspect. And even though he was wearing a mask, it was large eyeholes in his mask that gave him away.
Police say Hollowell recognized the suspect as 18-year-old Ezederick Jones. Jones had just been fired from the same KFC the day before. The affidavit says Hollowell began to fight with the suspect and he cut her hand. And when she called him by his name, he took off.
She called police and they later located the suspect and brought him back the scene, where Hollowell identified Jones again, as the man who just held her up at knife point.
He’s now behind bars facing charges of aggravated armed robbery, being held on a $75,000 bond. [source]
