Mike Tyson and photographer Tony Echeverria are being investigated for misdemeanor battery after an airport scuffle that injured the paparazzo, police said Thursday. The two men both made citizens’ arrests of each other after a confrontation at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Los Angeles International Airport. Police were called and they were fingerprinted and photographed, then released without bail, according to police officials.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta are at it again! According to ET! Online, Kim Zolciak [chick with the cat wig] has filed an official police report against her fellow [no shade] cast-mate NeNe Leakes.

NeNe allegedly strangled Kimberly during a heated exchange. The incident report obtained by ET states that Kim was going to shoot a scene for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and got into an argument with NeNe. While they were fighting, NeNe started to point her fingers in Kim’s face. The report claims that when witnesses tried to break them up, NeNe “grabbed [Kim] by the neck and tried to choke her out.”

Kim then drove to the police station to file a report. Both witnesses collaborated her story. She has been advised to get a warrant for NeNe and take pictures of any bruises.

YIKES! Well riddle me this: Did the wig fall off? Did the tightrope finally pop? Was Kim still passing around that nasty, filthy rumor that NeNe’s granddad, I mean husband, is broke? In defending her refusal to fairly compensate the artists on whose back she earns her living, Ms. Hughes now claims poverty, which is pretty amazing considering Radio One owns 54 radio stations and reaped $316 million last year alone. She even paid her own son, Radio One CEO Alfred Liggins, a $10 million bonus. Far from a struggling company, Radio One sounds more like one of those Wall Street rip off firms where executives pay themselves big bonuses while they rip us off and throw their workers in the street.

But what happened next in a Borough Park bodega nearly put the woman who made the request in the hospital – with bruises to her body, coffee burns to her face and stiletto-heel injuries to her legs, police said yesterday.

The victim, whose name is being withheld, was standing in line Wednesday morning at the store on Ditmas Avenue near McDonald Avenue, paying for her purchases, when Berta Rakhamimov, 21, started blabbing away on her cellphone.

The victim asked Rakhamimov to lower her voice, then walked outside. But Rakhamimov came after her, spurring a yapper-versus-scolder battle of epic proportions, police said.

First, the yapper pushed the scolder with two hands to the chest. Then the yapper threw her newly purchased coffee into the scolder’s face, police said.

The yapper allegedly started boxing the scalded scolder, biting her on the finger and kicking her thigh with her high heels.

When the shaken woman said she would notify the police – and pulled out her own cellphone to make the call – Rakhamimov ran toward a bus that had just pulled into the nearby stop, police said.

The victim shouted to the bus driver not to let Rakhamimov on the bus, and Rakhamimov then fled down the stairs to a nearby subway station. The victim gave chase.

When police arrived, the victim pointed out Rakhamimov, and the cops told the conductor to hold the train.

Rakhamimov was arrested on charges of assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon – the coffee, not the cellphone. [source - - Thanks Sarcasm Inc!]

A woman who police say used a candlestick to bludgeon her boyfriend and nephew has been charged with aggravated assault.

According to a police affidavit, officers responded to the 1500 block of Gaither late Wednesday after Valarita Blocker, 46, beat boyfriend Alvin Walls “repeatedly on or about the head” with a candlestick. Blocker also struck her nephew in the face with the makeshift weapon.

Walls was taken to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis in non-critical condition.

Blocker is being held in the Shelby County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Blocker pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in 2005 after attacking a woman who knew her by the nickname “Pig” with a glass orange juice bottle. The victim suffered a two-inch cut to her forehead.

She also has convictions for robbery and solicitation to commit a felony. [source - - Thanks L/Spray!]
