An onlooker told Bossip that when Fantasia made her way to the VIP area she was approached by the promoter who asked her why she wasn’t performing. Fantasia then replied that she had only been paid to make an appearance and not to perform.

Unpleased with Fantasia’s answer, the promoter allegedly threw a chair at the singer. Security then rushed the scene to break up the debacle.

Fantasia was then said to be rushed out of the club and the promoter was escorted to a different location. No arrests were made.

Until the situation is fully investigated, no one can really know what happened. Sometimes appearances at nightclubs aren’t documented on paper and are mostly “hand-shake” deals. But if the promoter did send out a written contract, knowing that Fantasia and the 26-letter alphabet don’t get along, well, shame on him.

Gary Coleman was arrested Sunday for domestic violence, authorities said.

The former child star was arrested in Santaquin, Utah on a domestic assault warrant and booked into the Utah County jail about 1:30 p.m., according to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office.

He was wanted for one count of domestic assault – a misdemeanor – though it’s unclear when the incident occurred. Utah County Deputy Denton, who declined to give her first name, said the warrant stemmed from a missed court date.

Coleman is working on posting bail of $1,725, Denton said, and the jail doesn’t have any record of who his alleged victim was.

The “Diff’rent Strokes” star had another run in with cops only recently, when his wife locked her husband out of their house and unleashed a profane tirade at police in their drive way in July.

“F— you and f— him!” Shannon Price, 23, screamed before her arrest.

“You deserve this after how you treated me!” she shouted at Coleman was the star stood amidst toppled furniture, scattered DVDs and strewn clothes.

Coleman, 41, was not injured, although a police report said “his bedroom was destroyed.”

Price was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

The pair met on the set of the comedy film “Church Ball” just five months before exchanging vows.

In 2008, the couple almost split during an appearance on the syndicated “Divorce Court,” where Price described Coleman as distant and depressed.

Coleman also pleaded no contest in 2008 to charges he rammed a fan with his truck outside a bowling alley.

Mike Tyson and photographer Tony Echeverria are being investigated for misdemeanor battery after an airport scuffle that injured the paparazzo, police said Thursday. The two men both made citizens’ arrests of each other after a confrontation at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Los Angeles International Airport. Police were called and they were fingerprinted and photographed, then released without bail, according to police officials.

The police in Manchester recently arrested and laid criminal charges against a man after he allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home, masturbated and ejaculated on her face while she slept.

The man is alleged to have committed the gross act because the 31-year-old woman refused his sexual advances which he directed at her as she went about her business earlier in the day.

The Weekend Star was told that last Friday, the obviously enraged complainant along with family and friends reported the matter to the police.

Detective Corporal Aldaine Jackson of the Manchester police said the woman told the police that she and the accused man were once lovers.

However, the relationship is said to have ended a few days prior to the incident and the man was said to have promised to get back at the woman for ending the relationship.

“The woman said she and the man were together for years but she decided to end it about two days before the incident … . According to her, he said he was going to ‘Fix har business’,” Detective Corporal Jackson said.

According to the police, the complainant reported that she was asleep in the wee-hours of the morning and was awoken by strange sounds and the feeling of liquid on her face.

When her eyes were opened, her ex-lover was said to be standing over her, while putting on his pants.

The complainant reportedly told the police that she immediately ran to the bathroom and realised that is was semen that was on her face.

Upon rushing back to her bedroom, she said that the accused man was nowhere to be found.

She claimed that she later noticed that he gained entry to the three-bedroom house by forcing himself through a window at the rear of the house.

The police later went in search of the accused man and he was arrested.

He was then questioned and charged after he admitted to the police that he had ’sneaked’ into the woman’s house.

“Funny enough, he admitted to sneaking inside the house and masturbating but (said he) didn’t mean to have his semen catch her in the face,” the policeman said.

The accused man was charged with indecent assault and is to appear in the Mandeville Resident Magistrate’s Court in September. [source]
