chad ev1 Watch This: Evelyn Lozada Thinks Chad Ochocinco Is A Bigger Bridezilla Than She IsChad Ochocinco and fiancee Evelyn Lozada will reportedly receive $300,000 each to star in their Basketball Wives spin-off, ‘Ocho & Ev.’ Big ass earrings all around.

An insider tells TMZ that filming on the new show will begin in the next few weeks, right after taping for the current cycle of ‘Basketball Wives’ comes to an end. The reality series (expected to film over the course of two months) will focus on the countdown to the couple’s summer wedding. When Evelyn re-upped her contract last year, part of the deal called for VH1 to give her and Chad their own show. Smart move.

And I’m still here for Shaunie O’Neal’s nostrils. Rah! Rah! Like a dungeon dragon.

“He wants to walk down the aisle,” said Evelyn. 

“He’s like, ‘let’s do it different. You can wait for me, and I’ll walk down. He’s not stealing my moment,” she added with a laugh.

‘Basketball Wives’ star Evelyn Lozada has inked a multi-platform six-figure deal to develop literary and feature film projects for Cash Money Content, the publishing division of Cash Money Records.

“By partnering with Baby and Cash Money Content, we have the potential to turn these ‘novels’ into a full-fledged brand,” Lozada explains. “Everything Baby and CMC touches turns to gold, and our brands together will be magical.”

The first order of business up for Lozada is The Wives Association, a book series to be co-authored by novelist and former Law & Order: Criminal Intent writer Courtney Parker. Loosely based on Lozada’s life, the books will follow her alter ego Eve Inez-Landon to fictionalize the true stories she has learned from years of dating professional athletes.

The Maybach Music Group CEO recently signed a development agreement to bring Wingstop to Memphis, Tenn., and will roll out his first of several locations at 7706 Winchester Road in Memphis.

“After tasting Wingstop’s signature Lemon Pepper-flavored wings in Miami, I knew this was a franchise I wanted to add to my investments,” explained the Bawse, who raps about Wingstop on his latest album Teflon Don. [Insert Rozay grunt. -- Fresh]

“Rick Ross will be a great addition to the Wingstop family,” added Jim Flynn, Wingstop CEO. “He’s a talented artist and brings a huge fan base to the concept. We look forward to growing the brand with him in Memphis.”

Ross, who is currently in the studio working on his fifth studio album God Forgives, I Don’t, joins a growing list of high-profile Wingstop franchisees, including NFL and NBA athletes. Fox Sports analyst Troy Aikman became an investor and spokesman for the company and now serves on the company’s board of directors. (Rap-Up)

Seasoned prostitution whore (say it like Theresa’s angry hairline) Esther Armbrister is made of sugar, spice and everything nice — all the way down to her quick weave.

The alleged hair-raising crime happened at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood over the weekend.

Armbrister, who has seven prior arrests for prostitution, had hooked up with a man and gone back to his room for some alone time when she got a look at his bankroll. The man, identified as a tourist from New York, told police he had a billfold with close to $2,000 in $100 and $20 bills.

Armbrister, who told the man her name was Brooke, stayed the night in the man’s hotel room, but when the morning came, she was in a rush to leave, police said.
