You don’t want no problems because Patti LaBelle will solve them.

New Yorker Roseanna Monk claims the singer verbally accosted her when her 18-month-old daughter toddler wandered a few feet away in an apartment lobby as she struggled with her luggage. When Monk told LaBelle it was none of her business, the diva allegedly hurled water at the mom and tried to attack her ass.

Regulators, mount em.

This isn’t the first time Dwayne Wayne’s mom has been accused of snap, cracking and popping off like she was attending the Vibe Awards. Earlier this year, a U.S. Military Academy cadet sued LaBelle over a dust-up with her bodyguards in the Houston airport, claiming the bodyguards attacked him unprovoked. LaBelle counter-sued with claims that the cadet was drunk and used racial slurs in the incident.

The Monk’s lawyer, Samuel L. Davis, told ABCNews.com that LaBelle approached his client, who was gathering the family’s luggage for a trip, and said, “‘Do you know what your daughter is doing?’ kind of implying that she was a bad mother.”

“My client responded as most people would,” he said. “‘Lady, mind your own business.’”

Then, Davis said, “Patti LaBelle lost it. We have no idea what flew her into this rage.”

According to Davis, the singer “started cursing and screaming” and flung water from a bottle she was holding at Roseanna Monk and her daughter.

“It was enough that the mother had to change her shirt and the baby’s shirt,” Davis said. “The baby’s never been exposed to anything like that before. She started crying violently. She started throwing up.”

Things got worse when the scuffle moved outside.

“My client went outside, and on the way to her car, she said ‘Look what you did to my daughter. Look what you did,’” Davis said. “That’s when Patti lost it and she lunged at her, tried to punch her and had to be restrained by her entourage. The bodyguard had to get out and drag Patti into the car.”

Roseanna Monk reported the incident to police, but no arrests were made. She then contacted LaBelle’s management asking for an apology. After not hearing back, she decided to sue for unspecified damages.

“They’re not major damages,” Davis said. “They’re more punitive than anything. We agreed that the proceeds of the case are going to a children’s charity.”

But, he said, the effects of the incident were apparent on the 18-month-old.

“The baby had a hard time with this,” he said. “She started not sleeping through the night. She had issues with loud noises and strangers.”

Violence begets violence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that ‘Madea’s Big Happy Family’ star Teyana Taylor instigated a brutal attack on a woman inside a recording studio in in Burbank on Saturday night after the woman made disparaging comments regarding Teyana’s friend Chris Brown.

We’re told Teyana allegedly flipped out — and punched the other woman in the face multiple times … sending the woman crashing to the floor … where Teyana proceeded to kick her in the stomach and head with her boots. Cops were called to the scene … but Teyana had already left the building.

We’re told the victim sustained several nasty scrapes and swelling around her face. Police sources tell us they’re investigating the incident — and would like to speak with Taylor ASAP — but so far, no charges have been filed against her.

Attempts to reach Teyana were unsuccessful.

An Akron man suffered severe head injuries after police said he was attacked by his brother, who wielded a crowbar during a fight ignited over a half-eaten piece of fried chicken.

A warrant was issued Sunday for Tony Morris, 37, of Akron. He is charged with felonious assault, domestic violence and menacing.

Police say they were called to a home on Wildwood Avenue where the men were visiting their mother Sunday afternoon. The brothers were watching TV in separate rooms when Thomas Morris, 41, said a piece of chicken was tossed in his direction.

Tony Morris reportedly admitted tossing the chicken, saying he was angry because he believed his brother took a bite of the chicken and placed it back in a frying pan.

Thomas Morris told police he suggested the brothers go outside and handle their dispute like men. According to reports, Tony Morris then grabbed a crowbar and charged after brother.

Thomas Morris ran outside, but slipped on the icy porch. He was then struck several times in the head and suffered a 3-inch laceration to his forehead. Eventually, he ran to a neighbor’s home and grabbed a snow shovel, prompting Tony Morris to flee.

The mother, 57, who admitted she ate the chicken, called 911. Before leaving, Tony Morris threatened to return with a gun and shoot his brother, police said. Thomas Morris was taken to a local hospital. (source)

Damon Thomas tells the magazine, “She can’t write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media. That’s a fame-whore to me. It’s just not cool at all. Kim is obsessed with fame. She’s jealous and competitive with her sisters. Jealousy is a big thing,” he added.

Damon also explained that Kim used him to finance her lifestyle and look. “She wanted to have that lifestyle. She wanted to be what she ultimately became. [But then] I saw my wife with another man, wearing the clothes that we had just bought after her lipo. It was not something as a husband you ever wanted to see.”

An 80-year-old woman with a criminal record stretching back to 1955 has been sentenced to three years in state prison for ransacking and stealing cash from a Southern California medical office. Doris Thompson thanked a judge Wednesday for not sending her to Los Angeles County jail, which she doesn’t like, and said she deserved a longer sentence. She also told the judge, “God bless you.”

State records show Thompson, who has used 27 aliases, has repeatedly been arrested during the past 55 years, mainly for petty theft and burglary. She’s gone to jail several times.

Thompson slipped into the medical office on Dec. 19 and stole money from drawers. She pleaded guilty to burglary and was ordered to pay about $1,400 in restitution. She will be eligible for parole in about 18 months.
