Much like notices to pay or quit from his landlord, the bad news keeps on piling up for Terrell Owens. His estranged wife Rachel Snider is reportedly in serious condition in a Texas hospital after an apparent suicide attempt over the weekend.
The 33-year-old former postal worker and mother of one was hospitalized for what she described on her Twitter account as “suffering from a broken heart.” The following day she updated her account with, “Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls. The most massive characters are seared with scars.”
The couple secretly tied the knot at a quickie ceremony inside a Norwalk, California, courthouse on January 23. Snider left Owens just two weeks after saying “I Do”, claiming Owens was only using her for her credit score in order to secure a $2 million loan for a home in Sherman Oaks, California.
“I felt in love and now I feel betrayed and heartbroken,” Snider told TMZ last week. “I really valued his love and friendship for five years. Out of the love in my heart, I tried to help him. We had a secret relationship for five years and I married him for love.”
