Drake has allegedly booted Future from the lineup for his upcoming tour after he gave a lukewarm review of his latest album ‘Nothing Was The Same’ to Billboard.
“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you,” Future reportedly told the publication. “They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.”
An insider (again, the weedman gets around) says that Drake flipped over the quote. “He told his agent either Future gets fired, or he’ll fire him,” claims the source.
The day the article was published, Future took to Twitter to comment on the interview, saying he was misquoted. He is also reportedly hitting Drake where it hurts, demanding $1.5 million for loss of wages. The Freebandz affiliate rapper was set to earn about $40,000 per night on the 39-date trek.
That’s a shit load of 2-for-$20 date nights. More clicks around the web after the jump!
