Let’s all bow our heads and thank Based God that cuffing season is only a few weeks away, because life just got a little bit more real for Tameka Raymond — ex-husband Usher has decided to snatch back the suburban Georgia mansion she currently resides in.

In a matter of weeks, you too will be able to snatch up the place and remake the “U Don’t Have To Call” music video if Monchichi has his way! TMZ reports that lawyers for the Grammy Award winning singer sent over a letter reportedly ordering Raymond to vacate his property in two months.

Usher has allowed Tameka to live in the home for the last few years — but per their 2009 divorce agreement, he has the right to sell the home, which he purchased in 2007 for $3 million, at any time as long as he gives 60 days notice.

Tameka Raymond Arrives At Court

The true shade comes from the fact that she gave an interview last week addressing the fact that she wasn’t a gold digger and that she was an independent woman.

“[This] is the typical stereotype,” she said. “If a woman who has lesser means — even if she is successful and hard-working, does her thing in her own right — marries someone, what they’ll call ‘marrying up,’ who has more money, they’re automatically a gold digger.”

Hopefully she wasn’t all talk and can bounce back. Otherwise, Sheree Whitfield could use some roommates at Chateau Sheree (or Neverland depending on who you ask).
