The two did have a prenup in place, so there probably won’t be a lot of coins exchanging hands. According to court docs, Chad wants a judge to block Evelyn’s request that the unemployed baller foot the bill for her legal fees.
Sources close to Evelyn said that she was “ecstatic” and ready to move on. We will just leave that here for you.
Today, Chad pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery in a Florida court and could face up to one year in jail if convicted. He was not present, but is expected to appear in court on Oct. 31.
