Let the good times roll! Funnyman Kevin Hart celebrated his birthday during the cougar version of Freakfest, commonly referred to as the Essence Music Festival.
The ‘Think Like A Man’ star was joined by Lance Gross, Keisha Knight-Pulliam, Hosea Chancez, Michael Ealy, Eva Marcille, Devin Thomas, Tisha Campbell, Cynthia Bailey and LisaRaye McCoy for his G-Day party.
According to Nola.com, tweeting, texting, talking and cameras were strictly prohibited for the comic’s main stage performance on Saturday night. While providing laughs he revealed to the packed New Orleans Superdome the reason behind his recent nasty divorce from ex-wife Torrei (he couldn’t keep his junk to himself) before saying the two are now in a better space.
“She’s happy, she’s moved on. I’m happy, I’ve moved on. I’m happier than she is though,” Hart joked. “I’m doing a lot of happy shit these days.”
