On Friday, Crunktastical played catch up with Young Money singer Shanell at La La Anthony’s birthday brunch event.

Who do you look forward to seeing most at the BET Awards?

Well I have been so far out of the loop I don’t know who is going to be there. So I am really excited to see whoever shows up. I’ve been working so hard that this is my vacation . . .  to see how everybody has been doing and to see who’s hot and who’s not.

Is there anyone you are excited about working with in the studio?

Actually yes! I am going to work with Miguel on my project. That is suppose to happen in July. So I am really excited about that because that’s more real music . . .  real music is what I love and I think that he is a real musician.
