There aren’t too many things more depressing than an orphan trying to navigate their way through the ballroom scene that is the music industry without a house mother to call on for direction. Enter Miguel.
The singer recently launched into some cunty rant while catching up with on-air personality Nina Say What of Philadelphia’s Power 99, warning other R&B artist to steer clear of his lane or “get fucked up.”
Can you please tap your soror on the shoulder and remind her that she just secured a decent bed downstairs last year?
“I’m just gonna say, Don’t nobody out there step into my fucking lane. Stay where you’re at,” he said while discussing the sound of his new music and zestfully eating a piece of fruit. “I’m a competitive person and what I’m saying is I’m solidifying my lane and don’t fucking come over here ’cause I will fuck you up.”
“I want everyone to express themselves in a unique way,” he continued. “I’m saying that in an aggressive way ’cause that’s how I really feel, but what I mean by that is find your own thing to do and create your own lane.”
Bitch, please. These girls are out here snatching jewelry boxes without an ounce of regret. You think they give half a fuck about your pearls?
Dust, coke, base, soap. I hope Omarion grabs the queen by her throat. Watch the interview below.
