Buzz Notes: Tyra Banks Fires Nigel Barker, J. Alexander and Jay Manuel From ‘Top Model’

No stranger to putting bitches on the chopping block Tyra Banks (photographed below at the 2012 Matrix Awards Luncheon on Monday) has cut original show players photographer / panel judge Nigel Barker, runway coach J. Alexander and creative director Jay Manuel from America’s Next Top Model.

Cue the “Kill Bill” fight song and accompanying crazy bitch stare of death.

The panel of experts were reportedly informed Thursday morning that it was back to selling ass on Craigslist since their contracts would not be renewed for Cycle 18.

Ty Ty Baby later confirmed the news in a post on her official Facebook profile, writing, “To my Nigel Barker, Miss J, and Mr Jay: Thank you for all of our years together on America’s Next Top Model. Working with you is always an absolute pleasure. Excited for what the future holds for us.”

ANTM producer Ken Mok and Banks also released the following statement: “Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel and J. Alexander have been an integral part of the America’s Next Top Model brand and they helped turn this show into the household name it is today. They have been amazing assets to the show and will always be a part of the Top Model family. We will continue to actively work with each of them on future projects.”
