Radar Online reports that Torrei Hart, the ex-wife of comedian Kevin Hart, asked a judge to award her a staggering $90k a month in child support for the former couple’s two children.

Torrei previously unleashed her inner hood rat by attempting to assault an attorney for the ‘Think Like A Man’ star during a hearing for their divorce proceedings, making the moment one of the rare situations where I support Facebook slander. Read the details below.


According to a written ruling in the divorce settlement, Judge Hank Goldberg said, “The position that the court was compelled to make a guideline child support order of $90,000 a month in this case seems far fetched and unsupported by case or statutory authority.” The Hart’s are parents to two children, daughter, Heavenly, 6, and son, Hendricks, 4. The Harts were married for seven years, and the judge ordered Kevin Hart to pay $23k a month in child support.

The divorce was recently finalized and on Wednesday the judge sanctioned Torrei, causing her to become irate and combative. “At the conclusion of the hearing in which the judge ordered Torrei to pay Debra Opri’s legal fees for a filing motion Torrei was absolutely livid that she had been ordered to pay a portion of Kevin’s legal fees, and she lunged at Debra Opri, who was in the hallway at this point. Several sheriff’s deputies had to restrain Torrei and separated the two. Torrei said that Opri was a ‘b*tch,’ and Opri was shaken up after the incident. Torrei wasn’t arrested,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

    I c some of yall chaffing about 90K/month but for having to endure being ridiculed at every show by a man who was your husband at the time is pretty harrowing. Least she could do is squeeze every cent she can out of him which he earned at her expense.

    That seems a bit steep. As long as he’s taking care of them, the rest doesn’t matter. That’s between THEM. No need to drag the kids through it anymore than you need to. 

    Is she trying to get money for being the source of so much of his material? I’ve always wondered how spouses of comedians/ennes feel about that sort of thing.

    Normally I would say this request is absurd but Kevin “little man” Hart defiled her so terribly, spewing his “I hate dark skinned women” venom all in her direction. So if asking for 90k is a just a symbolic fuck you in return to him, I say go for it sista.
