2009 has been the year of Amber Rose. Never giving in to conventional style or taste She inked a contract with Ford Models, one of the marquee names in fashion modeling agencies, and was also heralded as a new icon of sorts. Most importantly, she was able to tame the DIVA [I’m still mad as hell about it!] Omari and lead him on the straight and narrow.

With her new found fame, she was able to finagle new opportunities, such as this spread [no shade] in Complex magazine. She has a banging body, but something about her I can’t quite put my finger on. Not saying she’s a poser, but it seems like its no longer new and original. It doesn’t excite me.

Besides, Grace Jones did it better. 20 years ago.
