Wanda Sykes and her wife of six months Alex welcomed twins on April 27. Alex gave birth to the couple’s first children, daughter Olivia Lou and son Lucas Claude. Olivia weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19 inches long. Lucas was born at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was an inch taller than his sister.
