A Memphis man spent the weekend in jail after his fifth arrest this month.
Joseph Gigger, 45, refused to leave the parking of the BP at 1366 Poplar Friday night, two days after he’d refused to leave the same location.
Gigger was charged with criminal trespass. He’s been arrested four other times this month on charges ranging from trespassing to public intoxication to stealing 10 bags of Cheetos. [source]
